Dr. Marie Parramon-Gurney is a sustainability, ESG and system change expert with more than 25 years of focused experience in Africa, from high policy development at continental level to project implementation on the ground. She started her career as a commercial lawyer in Europe, she then became an environmental lawyer in Africa. She then worked for African and international NGOs on large scale initiatives to support inclusive, resilient and green growth.
She is now the CEO and Chief Transformative Impact Officer at Skultcha, a purpose driven organisation - shifting culture for a better world - (www.skultcha.com). She supports organisations (public, private, development partners and NGOs) in taking a more system change and transformative approach to design and implement their impact, sustainability, ESG and legacy journeys in developing countries, with a strong focus in Africa. Her unique combination of skills, experience, knowledge and purpose-driven mindset makes her a wizard at engaging and supporting people, companies, communities, organisations and stakeholders’ groups through system change and transformative processes, supporting them in their sustainability, ESG, shared value and legacy journey to deliver real and transformative value and impact. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with the private sector, governments and NGOs in Africa to catalyse a greener, more inclusive and conscious future for Africa.
