Our member organisations take every effort to reduce the mass of counterfeit and illicit goods that penetrate the market. By doing this, our BAC Forum member companies and their relevant representatives and stakeholders are ensuring consumer and brand safety, reduction in illicit market activities, and active monitoring of illicit criminal networks, enabling a safer environment for all.

Objectives:

1. To be available to all brand holders, in and outside of AmCham membership, to address cross-cutting issues;
2. To lobby government and relevant officials in terms of pressing matters
3. To create awareness about the serious impact counterfeiting has on the economy, and its serious risks to the consumer; and
4. To engage law enforcement agencies to establish a valid working relationship and open channels of communication.
