As the Chief Executive Officer of Signa Group, Murray is an energetic and optimistic leader who believes in South Africa and the potential of its people.

He specialises in the implementation of Private Equity as well as Employee Ownership and Broad-Based Ownership structures. His impressive track-record stems from establishing sustainable and financially feasible Ownership structures within multinational organisations, in addition to large private corporations and family-owned businesses.

His passion for positively impacting the country extends beyond Signa Group, as a thought leader and member of the YPO, his unique ability to engage with stakeholders and communities alike supports organisations in driving their transformation agendas successfully. His enthusiasm and desire to bring about significant transformation in the South African business arena equips him to guide strategies aligned with best practice and sustainable outcomes.

He is a graduate of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Diploma in Accounting. He also obtained his Chartered Accountancy qualification with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As an executive director of Signa Group, Brad is an entrepreneur and strategic leader. Brad has been involved in B-BBEE since 2003 and currently provides executive oversight into four Signa Group businesses that offer B-BBEE solutions in private equity, supply chain, B-BBEE calculator software, and consulting. They are Invequity, B1SA B-BBEE Software Management Solutions, Mantis Networks and Signa Advisors respectively.

As an innovator with a technologically strong bias, Brad is passionate about solving business challenges in ways that are uniquely innovative, highly impactful, and contribute to corporate and country “returns”. Brad is a graduate of the University of Southern Queensland in Australia where he obtained his MBA specialising in Finance.
