    John Botha is the Joint CEO of Global Business Solutions, specializing in workforce strategy, transformation, and planning, with a passion for leadership development. John previously served on the Employment Equity Commission as a representative of Business, appointed by the then Minister of Labour, and has over 20 years of experience in employment equity consulting. He holds a B Comm Honours Degree, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, and a Certificate in Design Thinking from MIT (USA). John also served on the Essential Services Commission (Ministerial Appointment), regularly attended the ILO/ILC in Geneva on behalf of BUSA and was the Lead negotiator for BUSA at NEDLAC’s labour market committee on non-standard employment. He previously held an executive position for a Global Workforce Provider.

She currently serves on the Employment Equity Commission as a representative of Business and is involved in several initiatives to promote workplace transformation. Thembi holds a Degree in Social Science, an Executive Certificate from Columbia Business School (USA), and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Labour Law. She is a key advisor to numerous national and multi-national organizations on their employment equity strategies, policy development, and compliance. Additionally, Thembi has served as a board member of various entities and sub-committees, including Remuneration, Social and Ethics, and Nomination.
